What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end engineering organization, including development, QA, DevOps, and operations.
• Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Build and manage high-performing teams, focusing on organizational design, hiring, and career growth.
• Partner with Product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Oversee delivery execution, release governance, and continuous improvement of engineering performance.
• Drive technical excellence in cloud-native platform evolution, balancing innovation with stability.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of software engineering experience in product-driven organizations.
• 5+ years leading engineering managers, tech leads, and multi-team organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Strong expertise in modern architecture, Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience in complex environments such as SaaS, fintech, gaming, payments, or enterprise software.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, with hybrid on-site presence required.
