What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers.
• Own the roadmap for the shared AI Enablement Platform, treating it as a product to solve developer friction.
• Oversee the development of core APIs, SDKs, and evaluation systems for AI features.
• Drive organizational adoption by acting as the chief advocate for the platform.
• Establish technical standards for building, testing, and monitoring AI systems in production.
• Create team operating systems, including planning, prioritization, and delivery metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• Proven experience leading platform or backend engineering teams at scale.
• Strong technical judgment in architecture, trade-offs, and distributed systems.
• Experience motivating engineers, managing performance, and fostering professional growth.
• Ability to drive consensus and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on execution, delivery, and developer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer platforms or AI/LLM-Ops tooling.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and observability tools like Langfuse.
• Experience transitioning organizations from experimental AI to production-grade systems.
