Salary: 17,500–29,200 PLN gross (Permanent) or 125–209 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers to foster a high-performance environment.
• Drive technical strategies and initiatives to improve product quality and delivery processes.
• Partner with Product teams to shape roadmaps and align engineering decisions with user needs.
• Identify and address technical challenges to ensure marketplace scalability and reliability.
• Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools across the team.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (PHP, JS/TS) and relevant frameworks.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with relational databases like MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of design principles for scalable applications.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, setting KPIs, and executing OKRs.
