What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify and scope high-impact automation and AI transformation opportunities.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI-based systems, including intelligent routing and workflow orchestration.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare solutions for production deployment using containerization and orchestration standards.
• Monitor performance and safety of LLM-powered agents running in production environments.
• Challenge existing processes to drive operational excellence and scalability across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java with advanced SQL proficiency.
• Practical experience building and running agentic workflows and LLMs in production.
• Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt.
• Solid conceptual knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Must be able to commute to Barcelona or Frankfurt office a couple of times a week.
• Must have EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.
