What you will do

• Develop and industrialize core technologies for AI compression (CompactifAI) and quantum optimization (Singularity).
• Design and implement production-grade software capable of running under real load.
• Solve high-value technical problems for Fortune-500 customers across government and private sectors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship by reviewing code and upholding standards for mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with MLOps, DevOps, and Quantum experts to refine deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven track record in implementing production-grade software using clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Strong expertise in API design, layered architectures, and event-driven patterns.
• Solid grounding in software security, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD concepts.
• Ability to research unfamiliar problems independently and present solutions with clear trade-offs.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in San Sebastian, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and LLM techniques like quantization and pruning.
• Familiarity with GPU-aware engineering (CUDA) and ML infrastructure (experiment tracking, GPU scheduling).
• Knowledge of ArgoCD, Helm, and advanced Python packaging/CLI frameworks.
