What you will do

• Consult with global customers to resolve questions regarding product features and capabilities.
• Implement product enhancements and configuration changes directly in customer environments.
• Conduct system reviews and provide consultation to enhance the overall user experience.
• Develop knowledgebase articles and training materials for internal staff and customers.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Manage customer requests efficiently following defined CRM processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Application Support or Functional Consultant role.
• Proven experience with full or partial implementation cycles, from discovery to delivery.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (AMER or EMEA).
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong understanding of customer support processes and tools.
• Ability to design innovative workarounds and solutions to meet customer requirements.
