What you will do

• Convert stakeholder needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) using Markdown formatting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Given/When/Then formatting.
• Validate AI‑generated code and outputs for correctness, quality, and architectural alignment.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to optimize PRD‑to‑code workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance user experience across digital capabilities.
• Track emerging technologies and synthesize multidisciplinary feedback for rapid product iterations.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager in an agile environment.
• 2+ years of experience with AI‑assisted coding and design tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or Figma AI).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and standard Markdown or Git workflows.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience defining AI‑specific performance metrics such as hallucination thresholds or latency targets.
• Experience driving AI‑assisted PRD‑to‑code workflows, including setting rules and constraints.
• Ability to synthesize feedback from UX and legal teams into rapid product iterations.
