What you will do

• Coach leaders to achieve management excellence and facilitate difficult conversations.
• Diagnose organizational leadership gaps and drive comprehensive improvement plans.
• Convert 360-degree feedback into tangible commitments and measurable behavioral changes.
• Define and implement new operational methods for a globally distributed workforce.
• Supervise and develop other OD practitioners to improve their craft.
• Refine the company-wide management excellence standard based on field experience.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience in coaching and organizational development with senior leaders and teams.
• Proven track record of measurably changing leader behavior.
• Ability to maintain credibility and influence at the Director level without formal authority.
• Must be based in EMEA or the Americas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for internal events.

• Background in management consulting.
• Experience in distributed, fast-moving technical organizations.
• Expertise in building competency or development frameworks.
• Experience designing and running workshops both in-person and online.
• Strong judgment in learning design for development materials.
