Learning and Development Lead

Location: Remote. Availability is required during general company working hours, with flexible start and stop times based on geographical location. Occasional travel is required for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events, including regional meetings and franchise owner conferences.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end learning and development strategy for network pilots, rollouts, tools, and operational changes.
• Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and produce effective learning experiences and training materials.
• Design and deliver live training, self-paced modules, job aids, videos, facilitator guides, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Manage LMS content, including publishing, accessibility, updates, retirement, and coordination with the LMS vendor.
• Measure training effectiveness through completion rates, assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, feedback, and outcome comparisons.
• Manage learning workstreams and support broader initiatives involving pilots, vendors, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, risks, and blockers.
• Ability to use data to evaluate training impact and improve learning content.
• Availability during general company working hours and willingness to travel occasionally for key events.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations.
