HR Advisor (Talent Development and Cross-Functional HR Initiatives)

Location: Hybrid position in Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Coordinate individual development plans and support managers and employees in tracking development objectives.
• Assess training needs and coordinate annual training programs, including budgets, vendors, registrations, certifications, and reporting.
• Maintain competency profiles, mapping tools, and frameworks while identifying skill gaps and future workforce requirements.
• Coordinate Health & Safety, Controlled Goods Program, DEI, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
• Define and monitor HR KPIs, prepare dashboards and reports, analyze risks and variances, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent management.
• Experience in competency development, training management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with HR metrics, KPI monitoring, HR data analysis, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are an asset.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
