Internal Trainer & Learning Specialist

Location: hirify.global Milan office, with occasional travel across Europe; hybrid and flexible working environment.

Salary: from €40,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and seniority.

What you will do

• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programmes supporting business transformation.
• Guide managers and employees through organisational change, translate business changes into practical learning journeys, and manage resistance.
• Contribute to learning and development projects focused on training effectiveness and capability building.
• Use data and feedback to identify learning needs, recommend actions, and follow up on project plans, actions, and risks.
• Act as a Talent point of contact for assigned markets or segments, ensuring alignment across Talent initiatives and advising internal stakeholders.
• Develop and improve workshops and training formats with a focus on practical application and behaviour change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent Italian and English required for training delivery.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation, or talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different organisational levels.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, resilience, and results-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills besides Italian and English.
• Experience with learning tools or HR systems.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
