Senior Product Manager, Messenger (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

Fin, now part of Salesforce, develops AI-powered customer service and engagement products integrated with hirify.global’s help desk.

What you will do

• Own the product direction for Messenger, Fin’s primary customer engagement channel.
• Research customer needs using qualitative insights, data analysis, and direct customer interactions.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, communicating priorities, timing, and rationale.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and researchers to build and ship solutions from future concepts to focused iterations.
• Evaluate product impact through quantitative and qualitative measures during beta and after release.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on go-to-market strategy and execution while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to frame complex customer problems and opportunities using data and qualitative inputs.
• Experience defining compelling roadmaps and balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design teams, including the ability to accelerate product development with AI.
• Understanding of AI systems and LLMs, including feasibility assessment and product trade-offs.
• Technical fluency across APIs, SaaS infrastructure, low-code tooling, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication, ownership, leadership, and ability to drive alignment.
