Focus on translating qualitative customer insights and quantitative data into high-impact product features and solving complex UX challenges.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must be in the office at least three days per week)

What you will do

• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing impactful projects based on diverse inputs and customer needs.
• Conduct deep research and regular customer interactions to define and frame core problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to imagine, scope, and ship innovative solutions to customers.
• Evaluate product success through quantitative and qualitative measures during betas and after full release.
• Own and maintain the quality of assigned product areas to deliver world-class software.
• Motivate and lead a team of smart, committed professionals to achieve their best work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
• Demonstrable experience leading teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong track record of collaborating with design and a passion for the end-user experience.
• Deep experience using qualitative customer insights and quantitative data (e.g., A/B tests, user research) to inform decisions.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions without consensus.
