Director, Product Management, AI Data Platform (AI)

Location: New York City, New York, USA, or Dublin, Ireland

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 per year in New York

What you will do

• Define and drive the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for the AI Data Platform.
• Lead discovery, evaluation, access, integration, and delivery experiences for AI developers, researchers, data teams, and enterprises.
• Direct product areas including search and discovery, AI-assisted experiences, APIs and feeds, workspaces, data access, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, commercial, sales, and business development teams on priorities, architecture, technical tradeoffs, and customer needs.
• Identify AI, agentic, automation, integration, marketplace, and partnership opportunities, including platform monetization.
• Build and develop a high-performing platform product team and establish measures of product success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience leading and scaling complex products across data, developer, enterprise software, or AI.
• Experience taking major products or platforms from ambiguity and concept through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate product discovery and create prototype workflows and clickable front-end concepts.
• Strong customer experience leadership, product judgment, decision-making, and ability to make tradeoffs with incomplete information.
• Technical fluency in APIs, search and retrieval, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and AI/ML systems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across technical, product, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience with AI/ML platforms, data platforms, developer products, search and discovery, data marketplaces, or large-scale content platforms.
