What you will do

• Lead sourcing boards and align on strategic sourcing goals across various departments.
• Own the end-to-end Source to Pay process, including supplier selection, tendering, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute category roadmaps, guidelines, and benchmarking.
• Identify and deliver cost savings potential on an EU-wide level.
• Manage contracts, including the creation of overviews and renewal plans.
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and drive vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, specifically in category management and process implementation.
• Proven experience managing the Technology category (software, hosting, telephony).
• University degree, preferably a Master's degree.
• Advanced analytical thinking and expert-level Excel skills.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and written communication).
• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
