What you will do

• Support day-to-day procurement activities.
• Track purchase orders, order confirmations, and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery schedules and due dates to ensure on-time arrival of goods.
• Assist with general operational tasks and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.

• Must be based in or able to work in Ottobrunn, Germany.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Hands-on, reliable, and proactive mindset.
