What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for indirect goods including prototypes, test equipment, and IT hardware.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure maximum value and compliance.
• Process purchase requests via Jira and convert them into formal Purchase Orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or invoicing discrepancies.
• Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments like Legal, R&D, and Sales to mitigate supply chain risks.

Requirements

• German: Native or business-professional proficiency required.
• Professional qualification in Technical Management or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial data.
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and take ownership of procurement tasks.

• Prior experience in a similar Supply Chain Management or Procurement role.
