Process Specialist Procurement (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Advise management and executive leadership on strategic purchasing, procurement, and organizational matters.
• Analyze purchasing processes, metrics, cost structures, and procurement markets to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement purchasing, product category, supplier, and procurement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional transformation, digitalization, and automation projects.
• Work with Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Controlling, and other business units.
• Oversee the technical management of external consulting partners.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in strategic procurement, procurement consulting, or procurement organization development.
• Strong knowledge of category management, supplier management, procurement strategy, and process optimization.
• Experience with modern ERP and e-procurement systems.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and strong problem-solving skills with confident communication at management level.
• Ability to lead change and inspire people to adopt new approaches.
