What you will do

• Advise management and executive leadership on strategic purchasing and organizational issues.
• Analyze purchasing processes to identify optimization opportunities and develop sustainable solutions.
• Develop and implement modern purchasing, product category, and supplier strategies.
• Lead cross-functional transformation, digitization, and automation projects independently.
• Derive strategic recommendations based on purchasing metrics, cost structures, and procurement markets.
• Manage external consulting partners and collaborate with Logistics, IT, and Controlling units.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in strategic procurement, procurement consulting, or organization development.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformation, organizational, or digitalization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of category management, supplier management, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with modern ERP and e-procurement systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to present and challenge structures at the management level.
