Senior Product Manager - Earn (Web3)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France; employees can work from home up to 3 times per week

What you will do

• Define the vision and quarterly roadmap for hirify.global Live's Earn product, covering staking, stable-yield savings, and partner-powered yield products.
• Own initiatives end to end, from discovery and PRDs through launch, iteration, and success measurement.
• Partner with engineering, design, and embedded software teams to deliver features across the hirify.global app and device.
• Analyze user behavior and funnel drop-offs with Mixpanel and other analytics tools to guide prioritization.
• Manage yield and staking partners, negotiate revenue-share terms, and evaluate new integrations.
• Align Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance on crypto yield initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Ability to manage product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Mixpanel to support product decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, embedded software, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Experience producing clear roadmaps, product vision documents, dashboards, and other decision-ready documentation.
• Experience with crypto yield products, staking, or partner integrations is relevant to the Earn scope.
