What you will do

• Own and evolve core identity and user security journeys, including onboarding, authentication, and account recovery.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for user verification and access management.
• Improve customer experience while strengthening trust and risk controls to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Design scalable identity and authorization capabilities that work across diverse regions and regulatory requirements.
• Shape the global customer notification strategy across the entire user lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning complex, scalable platform or B2B products (SaaS, payments, infra).
• Technical fluency to discuss architecture, APIs, and data pipelines with engineering.
• Experience in regulated, policy-heavy environments such as fintech, banking, or security.
• Expertise in defining product metrics and performing self-serve analysis using SQL and dashboards.
• Must be based in Singapore or Sydney.

Nice to have

• Expertise in IAM, authN/authZ, policy engines, or global notification systems.
• Background in fraud prevention and security engineering, including phishing and SMS pumping mitigation.
• Track record of shipping features across multiple countries and navigating diverse regulatory regimes.
