Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Based in Singapore or San Francisco

What you will do

• Own identity and user security journeys across onboarding, identity verification, authentication, account recovery, authorization, and customer notifications.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps for user verification, access management, account protection, and high-trust customer communications.
• Improve customer experience while balancing onboarding conversion, fraud prevention, account security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Design scalable identity, access, and recovery capabilities for different customer types, regions, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Shape customer notification strategy across the user lifecycle, including channels, action-driving communication, deliverability, cost, and abuse prevention.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Security, and Data Science.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning complex, scalable platform or B2B products across discovery, development, and rollout.
• Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, and data pipelines, with expertise in product metrics, SQL, dashboards, and self-serve analysis.
• Experience working in regulated or policy-heavy environments such as fintech, banking, or security.
• Proven ability to align Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM, authentication, authorization, policy engines, global notification systems, APIs, SDKs, or platform services.
• Background in fraud prevention, security engineering, account abuse mitigation, phishing, or SMS pumping.
• Experience launching products across multiple countries and regulatory regimes, including platform versioning, SLAs, and technical documentation.
