What you will do

• Act as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams to support day-to-day Inside Sales activities.
• Manage and maintain CRM records to ensure accuracy and consistency across the sales pipeline.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing, contract renewals, and ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
• Coordinate revenue recognition by updating project dates and following up on pending tasks.
• Develop and polish client-ready sales content and decks using corporate branding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Fluent English and proficiency in the local language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multinational, cross-country environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, or Python.
• Proficiency in Cantonese.
