Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in Menara Great Eastern 2).

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to target key accounts.
  • Negotiate complex, high-value deals with autonomy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to leadership.
  • Analyze market dynamics to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or able to work from the office.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle sales, including lead generation and closing.
  • Advanced negotiation skills for handling complex deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and advanced sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
