What you will do

• Use AI tools to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
• Drive AI adoption within the APAC Sales team through best practices and enablement.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to manage quota, crediting, and escalations.
• Lead MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing funnel trends and KPIs.
• Develop and own performance dashboards and data-quality standards in CRM.
• Recommend organizational design, headcount, and book of business distribution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to improve sales ops efficiency and scale.
• Experience supporting sales teams across multiple markets and time zones.
• Expertise in Salesforce, BI tools, and advanced financial modeling/spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills for delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Must be based in Singapore for hybrid work and attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Sigma (BI tool) and fluency in SQL.
• Experience with data-enrichment pipelines and tools like Clay.
