What you will do

• Achieve assigned annual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business leads and expand existing customer accounts.
• Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through contract award, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company sales and credit policies.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information in CRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of exhirify.globalence in sales, business development, or project-based sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
