What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market to enterprise customers, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, advising on best practices for platform adoption and long-term success.
• Coordinate advanced technical configurations, data migrations, and API integrations.
• Optimize and standardize implementation processes and contribute to team documentation and training.
• Coach and mentor entry and mid-level implementation specialists on complex cases and communication.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or technical customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex implementations for enterprise customers.
• Hands-on expertise with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Technical proficiency in SSO setup, HRIS user sync, and API connectivity.
• Experience designing and delivering virtual and in-person training.
• Must be based in the UK for this remote position.
