What you will do

• Own the integration process of the API-driven platform into client ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and manage the escalation process to eliminate problems.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers to ensure retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Engineering teams to provide superior client service.
• Identify and develop new technology partnerships and integration opportunities.
• Design and optimize customer onboarding processes and assist Support with escalated tickets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Integrations Consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and SaaS-based products.
• Proven track record of problem-solving in troubleshooting environments.
• Strong written communication skills for explaining complex technical topics concisely.
• Analytical approach with a high focus on data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
