Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Implementation Manager (Fintech): Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise customers across EMEA with an accent on ERP, HRIS, and API integration workflows. Location: Must be based in Amsterdam (3 days in office) with coverage across EMEA.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers.
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for system configuration, integration approaches, and solution design.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sale through go-live.
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through complex configuration decisions.
• Create internal documentation, playbooks, and tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery experience in SaaS, fintech, or consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platform implementations (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence decisions without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and common web/SSO concepts.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a broader account team.
