What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT due diligence and M&A engagements, assessing IT landscapes, operating models, and cost structures.
• Design and steer carve-outs, integrations, and Day 1 / TSA concepts for investors and management.
• Translate transactions into concrete value creation initiatives and comprehensive transformation programs.
• Develop target states, roadmaps, and governance structures to ensure sustainable value realization.
• Contribute to building the M&A and Technology Strategy capability by developing methodologies and offerings.
• Cultivate client relationships and support business development within transaction and transformation contexts.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in M&A, IT due diligence, or value-driven transformation within a Big4 or similar consulting environment.
• Proven expertise in carve-outs, integrations (Day 1, TSA), and operating model design.
• Strong ability to structure complex situations and develop clear decision frameworks and execution plans.
• Experience leading projects and managing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and private equity leads.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from the Frankfurt HQ.
