Senior Inhouse Consultant

TL;DR

Senior Inhouse Consultant: Supporting organizational design, restructuring, and M&A integration with an accent on scalable operating models, due diligence people/HR workstreams, and post-merger integration planning. Focus on building target TOMs, defining Day 1/30/100 measures, and advising C-level stakeholders through complex, multi-stakeholder transformations.

What you will do

• Analyze the current organization and develop target operating models (governance, role architecture, KPIs, decision models) including org charts and job descriptions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and create implementation roadmaps with piloting, rollout, and KPI tracking.
• Lead restructuring and business scaling work: capacity/competency analyses and redesign scenarios for growth or efficiency phases.
• Support M&A: organizational & HR due diligence, fit/synergy/risk evaluation, and decision templates for CFO/CEO/board.
• Manage People & Organization workstream in post-merger integration, including Day 1/30/100 measures, joint operating model design, and talent/culture integration.
• Advise management on complex structural/design issues and develop methods, templates, playbooks, and standards; coach executives on decision design.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration with focus in Finance and/or Organization.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in an international consumer goods environment and/or as a strategy consultant focused on consumer goods.
• Extensive experience in M&A and organizational/HR due diligence.
• Deep methodological experience in workforce analytics, KPI design, role architecture, and organization diagnostics.
• Excellent English and German skills.
• Strong C-level communication and ability to structure complex issues; proven project/program management experience in multi-stakeholder international setups.
