What you will do

• Analyze organizational structures, roles, decision paths, interfaces, capacity, and competencies.
• Design target operating models, governance frameworks, role architectures, decision models, KPIs, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
• Lead restructuring and scaling initiatives, including process harmonization, centralization, decentralization, and change programs.
• Manage organizational and HR due diligence, evaluate target designs, and prepare decision materials for CFO, CEO, and board stakeholders.
• Lead the People & Organization workstream in post-merger integration, including Day 1, Day 30, and Day 100 measures.
• Advise management, coach executives, and develop organizational methods, templates, playbooks, and standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and/or Organization.
• Several years of relevant experience in an international consumer goods environment or as a strategy consultant focused on consumer goods.
• Extensive experience in M&A, due diligence, organizational scaling, workforce analytics, KPI design, role architecture, and organization diagnostics.
• Experience with project and program management in complex, international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, conflict-navigation, and decision-making skills, including C-level communication.
• Excellent English and German skills required. Excellent MS Office and data analysis skills are also required.
