What you will do

• Run discovery conversations to identify business challenges and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform features to specific customer use cases.
• Support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial qualification to technical validation.
• Bridge communication gaps between customer marketing and IT stakeholders.
• Proactively leverage AI tools to accelerate demo preparation, research, and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong German proficiency are required for business communication.
• Must be based in the UK with the ability to travel across EMEA.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
• Confidence in presenting to diverse groups, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to explain complex technical concepts in business language.
• Active interest and practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations.
• Technical literacy including APIs, data integrations, or SQL.
• Additional European language skills.
