Strategy Intern (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; flexible hybrid work. Eligibility to work in Germany is required.

Salary: €2,550–€2,800 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

hirify.global is a Berlin-based AI startup delivering B2B machine learning solutions and publicly funded research projects across manufacturing, the public sector, healthcare, and other industries.

What you will do

• Develop and pressure-test growth strategies covering new markets, segments, offerings, and business models.
• Assess markets, industry verticals, and emerging technologies; size opportunities and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Build competitive and market intelligence covering positioning, pricing, capabilities, threats, and market gaps.
• Take strategic initiatives from ideas to execution plans, including business cases, roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare board-level and leadership materials that turn complex information into clear decisions.
• Support commercial growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, research, or a startup.
• Strong research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, data tools, and standard AI productivity software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Eligibility to work in Germany.
• Ability to understand technical topics, structure research findings, and translate complex information for non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Background in market research, competitive analysis, or due diligence.
• Basic experience with automation or no-code tools.
• Basic familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in German.
