Senior Field Service Engineer (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote from the United States, supporting customers in the Greater Boston area and the US Northeast; up to 70% domestic and occasional international travel with overnight stays.

Salary: $37.00–$39.00 per hour, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation issues using multiple problem-solving methods.
• Drive first-time fixes and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Build customer relationships and support commercial initiatives.
• Travel by air and ground transportation, including overnight stays.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or life science, or equivalent military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting instrumentation challenges.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift, move, slide, raise, or place up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, sit, squat, kneel, use stairs, and reach with hands and arms.
