What you will do

• Define and execute GTM strategies for HPE, including sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory tactics.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for the assigned vendor category.
• Cultivate and maintain strong strategic partnerships with HPE stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities, new product offerings, and strategic partnerships to expand the portfolio.
• Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to drive business results and product delivery.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum five years of functional experience, including at least three years of specific vendor management experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive GTM plans integrating technology, customer needs, and financials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for vendor visits and industry events.
