What you will do

• Lead technical and commercial engagement with strategic customers to position cold plate solutions as the basis of design.
• Engage early in project lifecycles to shape requirements and identify opportunities for the liquid cooling portfolio.
• Translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions and business cases to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Product Lines, Business Units, and engineering to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
• Capture voice-of-customer insights and market trends to inform future product offerings.
• Support RFP/RFQ responses and executive briefings for AI and high-density compute environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Systems Engineering, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in technical business development or solution leadership within the data center or liquid cooling industry.
• Deep knowledge of liquid cooling technologies, including cold plates, CDUs, and secondary fluid networks.
• Proven track record of influencing customer decisions and translating technical strategy into business outcomes.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
