What you will do
- Achieve revenue-based sales quotas through new business acquisition and partner expansion.
- Recruit and onboard new Cloud, Hosting, and Managed Service partners into the VCSP Program.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner business plans for growth and enablement.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers and sales teams to close complex sales engagements.
- Engage executive stakeholders to position as a strategic platform for data resilience.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of enterprise or partner sales experience in Cloud, Hosting, or MSP environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with indirect and partner-led sales models for complex software.
- Ability to lead commercial negotiations with executive stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Established relationships within leading Cloud or Managed Service Provider organizations.
- Knowledge of VMware, Microsoft, or Kubernetes.
