What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive credit risk strategies for the UK credit card portfolio.
• Design and optimize credit policies, underwriting criteria, and risk-based pricing models.
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics and implement proactive risk management frameworks.
• Lead stress testing and scenario analysis to assess portfolio resilience.
• Ensure good customer outcomes and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to support UK market operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk management within consumer lending or credit cards.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing credit risk functions.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful credit risk strategies.
• Deep expertise in credit risk modelling, analytics, and decisioning systems.
• Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
