What you will do

• Administer core enterprise SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Engineer zero-touch onboarding and offboarding for a global workforce using Python and Terraform.
• Implement and maintain SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across the SaaS ecosystem.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and tooling to accelerate IT operations and troubleshooting.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and authentication challenges.
• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects from scoping and architecture through to production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT engineering or systems administration experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Deep expertise in scaling identity providers like Okta and platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience leveraging AI and LLM tools (e.g., Writer, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for scripting and operations.
• Ability to conduct build-vs-buy evaluations to balance speed with long-term scalability.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for engineers and executives.
