What you will do

• Engage with prospects to identify clinical and operational workflows that drive their business.
• Translate workflow insights into end-to-end solution proposals.
• Build MVP versions of proposed solutions as platform plugins using agent-assisted development tools.
• Develop and deploy agents with prospective customers to provide live automation for evaluation.
• Demonstrate working prototypes during sales cycles, showing fluency in event-driven design.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and product teams to align on proposals and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AI and agent-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
• Deep interest in healthcare technology and EMR systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex contexts into proposals.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Formal software development experience or coursework (Python, JavaScript).
• Exposure to building with SDKs, APIs, or plugin architectures.
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and standards.
• Prior customer-facing experience in a technical capacity.
