Principal Product Designer (SaaS): Leading design within hirify.global’s Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) product line with an accent on enterprise-scale systems. Focus on influencing product strategy and prioritization, designing foundational systems, and mentoring designers.
Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA, Austin, TX (in-office 3 days per week). Remote in Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Toronto, Canada.
Salary: $203,940 - $298,700 a year (North America), $168,920 – $201,880 (Toronto, Canada)

What you will do
- Define and drive the design vision for a major product area, aligning with Product and Engineering leadership.
- Lead design across multiple teams, setting the bar for craft, systems thinking, and execution.
- Identify and lead complex, high-impact initiatives, shaping new problems and opportunities.
- Design and evolve foundational systems and reusable patterns, championing platform and systems thinking.
- Mentor designers and help teams raise their execution bar.
- Co-lead with senior Product and Engineering leaders to influence product strategy and prioritization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally enterprise or platform software.
- Demonstrated success leading company-critical, high-impact initiatives as an individual contributor.
- Exceptional strength in UX, UI, system design, and interaction design.
- Deep product, domain, and business acumen with the ability to influence strategy.
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy, workflow-driven systems at enterprise scale.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
