What you will do

• Audit and map end-to-end UX/design workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, redundancy, and inconsistent practices.
• Design and implement modernized processes, systems, and standards to increase design team velocity.
• Lead the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of AI-assisted workflows, such as generative design and automated documentation.
• Build internal playbooks, templates, and file-management standards that scale across projects and SKUs.
• Partner with design, product, engineering, and marketing to streamline cross-functional handoffs.
• Contribute hands-on design work to build and finalize product SKUs using professional design judgment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2-3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI, product, industrial, or graphic design with hands-on design skills.
• Fluency with AI tools relevant to design and productivity (generative tools, AI copilots, workflow automation).
• Demonstrated ability to redesign inefficient processes and build scalable systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in design operations or program management.
• Experience working on physical product development, packaging, or consumer hardware (CPG).
• Familiarity with project tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion.
