Salary: $140,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Lead and shape the platform's product design from prioritization through to launch.
• Partner with Principal Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering leads to translate company strategy into roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with design teams from leading U.S. financial institutions to ensure a cohesive design experience.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights and develop prototypes based on data and feedback.
• Propose new collaboration methods to enhance joint projects with partners.
• Participate in design critiques, story creation, and weekly stand-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience in a software product company.
• Demonstrated mastery of Figma and strong prototyping skills.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design strategies to cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to work seamlessly across global time zones.

• Prior experience in fintech, specifically B2B payment platforms.
• Experience in marketing design and creating visually engaging brand assets.
