What you will do

• Conduct user research via interviews and feedback to ground design decisions in real user behavior.
• Own the full design arc for features, from initial concepts to polished, shipped work.
• Design core product surfaces, including onboarding, debugging, evaluation, and observability workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to identify friction and ship new features quickly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of fullstack product design experience, ideally with developer tools, AI, or complex SaaS.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Experience solving hard interaction design problems involving dense technical data.
• Ability to drive user research and utilize data for design decision-making.
• Must be based in Boston, MA for on-site work.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
