What you will do

• Lead the post-sale technical relationship from kickoff to go-live, managing model deployment and integration architecture.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic accounts, advising on model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Optimize customer outcomes focusing on latency SLAs, cost per token, and model quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Support to resolve production issues and maintain resolution runbooks.
• Translate customer needs and patterns into internal product and engineering roadmaps.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align ROI and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineering) at an enterprise software or AI/ML company.
• Strong proficiency with APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on coding ability to debug integrations and technical pipelines.
• Direct experience deploying LLMs in production, including RAG, fine-tuning, and agent architectures.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships and delivering commercial outcomes like renewals.
• Ability to work from London, New York, or San Mateo.

Nice to have

• Experience with inference optimization and model serving infrastructure.
• Familiarity with open-source model ecosystems such as Llama, Mixtral, or DeepSeek.
