What you will do

• Drive lead product ramp-ups and new technology introductions (NTI) within foundry environments.
• Collaborate with foundries and internal technology groups to qualify and release processes.
• Own the front-end process safe launch and drive yield enhancement initiatives.
• Lead and steer cross-functional projects to meet business timelines and requirements.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for process integration, resource planning, and supplier logistics.
• Interface with key customers on critical projects to ensure alignment and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor or MSc in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in front-end IC process integration within foundry production or development.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• In-depth knowledge of IC devices and processes.
• Proven experience in a lead role managing development, transfer projects, or production ramp-ups.
• Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinFET technology.
• Experience with NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) processes.
