What you will do

• Manage night-shift testing processes and monitor key production targets including Output, OTD, Cycle Time, and WIP.
• Supervise staff attendance, break schedules, and overtime, while conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Ensure all products and processes meet quality standards and coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation.
• Oversee the operation of test/pack machines and collaborate with SAE for immediate troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Act as the primary point of contact for night-shift emergencies and perform detailed handovers with the day shift production manager.
• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
• Proficient English communication skills for interaction with foreign employees.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kaohsiung.
