What you will do

• Lead the development of client proposals and ensure high-quality project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Build and enhance complex reports, online tools, and data processes to provide actionable insights to clients.
• Utilize SAS, Python, and VBA to facilitate efficient data processing and reporting.
• Grow and manage external client engagements and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities for the firm and develop new service offerings and best practices.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams while supporting their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with 6+ years of professional experience in data and analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and Commercial Analytics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Proficiency in SAS, Python, VBA, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven experience in project and people management.
