What you will do

• Manage Product Masterfile and handle integration queries with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coordinate with BI and Product teams to resolve data reconciliation discrepancies and ensure record accuracy.
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and coordinate with Finance for seamless filings.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and legal records for complete project tracking.
• Partner with Claims and Customer Support teams to resolve operational blockers and client inquiries.
• Support Business Development Managers with proposal preparation and key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related major from a reputable university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a high level of attention to detail.
• Previous exposure in a Business Development Support or Sales Support role.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical proficiency and experience in conducting business analysis.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
