What you will do

• Lead business process discovery workshops and document functional requirements and solution designs.
• Configure Kinetic applications to meet business needs and identify process gaps or risks.
• Drive data migration strategies, including validation, mapping, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, reporting, and system customizations.
• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Assist project managers in defining project direction, timelines, and delivering work packages within budget.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or manufacturing accounting.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
• Expertise in core Kinetic modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Ascend, or Signature.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
