What you will do

• Design and deliver tailored warehouse data collection solutions focusing on receiving, inventory control, and picking.
• Guide customers on best practices for warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping as a trusted advisor.
• Lead full-cycle implementations, including application design, setup, testing, and training.
• Solve technical and operational challenges within NetSuite ERP and hirify.global software.
• Document custom requirements and coordinate with development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and lead training sessions to ensure post-Go Live customer success.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or warehouse consulting.
• Proven experience delivering projects from kickoff through Go-Live.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% throughout the EMEA region.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support customer Go-Lives.
