TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Salesforce): Driving technical sales and market expansion for a DevSecOps platform across the ANZ region with an accent on Salesforce architecture, security, and CI/CD governance. Focus on leading discovery sessions, delivering high-impact product demonstrations, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders.

Location: Must live in and be eligible to work in Australia. Role is 100% remote with up to 20% travel required.

Salary: A$200,000 - A$230,000 base

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations for enterprise customers.
  • Design and execute proof-of-concepts to validate technical solutions.
  • Partner with Sales to develop account strategies and drive technical wins.
  • Present complex technical concepts to CIOs, CISOs, and architects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce, GSIs, and consulting partners.
  • Contribute to territory planning and influence product direction based on market feedback.

Requirements

  • Must live in and be eligible to work in Australia.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform development.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise software sales.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Ability to operate independently as a self-starter across the ANZ region.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Developer, or Architect).
  • Experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, or CI/CD platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Background in cybersecurity, governance solutions, or static code analysis.
  • Experience in regulated industries like financial services, government, or healthcare.
