What you will do

• Deliver customized, hands-on product demonstrations tailored to specific warehouse operations and business goals.
• Partner with sales to evaluate technical and operational fit for prospective customers.
• Design, validate, and document technical solutions to address customer challenges.
• Collect and analyze prospect feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes and respond to technical assessments.
• Maintain deep expertise in platform functionality and practical application.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or WMS/Logistics Technology.
• Proven ability to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
• Ability to travel 25% or more for client engagements.
